Jiho is giving his best to to tell inwoo how much he loves and cherishes him in his way of communicating. Inwoo obviously sees, understands and is reflecting himself. He is also communicating with jiho by asking him to sleep together, not in a way to simply fuck it out, but to tell him he understands jihos efforts to apologise and is using sex as a communicating act. Not every form of communication is verbal :)
I guess he was so annoying that it's difficult for people to let it go. I'm usually like that too but after reading this chapter I'm not mad at jiho anymore. Even though he might do something stupid in the future I think he really handled the situation well this time and there's still hope for him.
