I remember this specific scene where the two main guys are locked in the storage room of the gym and the omega is in heat so the others guy is hugging him trying to calm down the omega while biting his own hand to keep himself sane and you see as a friend opens the door to the closet and see the Alfa holding the omega, I don’t know if I explain it well but if you know what it’s called I will greatly appreciate it, thank you ヾ(❀╹◡╹)ﾉ~

Does anyone know this manga it's yaoi and it's about this man around 20 years old he goes to all mental hospital because his mom saw him with another guy in bed, he meet this guy at the mental hospital he doesn't talk he always writes it in a little notebook to talk to other people when , then a storm comes he wanted to smoke but it's forbidden there so you want somewhere where his roommate told him that they're not surveillance cameras he goes there and sees him he tried to go out the room but the person who doesn't talk grabbed him sleeves and sad don't go the guy who wanted to smoke says let me sing you a song so you can come down when saying that he has a flashback about his brother singing to him.
