All your proofs or rape can't really be called rape.
It's true he said to stop but all their sexual acts were consexual, the reason why he wanted things to stop wasn't because he didn't want to have sex, he didn't want to have sex that way which is different.
In this case he's still definitely at fault because he was scared and he didn't listen but he wasn't against the sex, he was against the toys.
If he did listen and stopped using the toys they would have kept going like normal just without the toys.
While it's true that he didn't listen when he said stop you are taking things out of context.

The first example you gave showed us that the protagonist isn't mad, scarred or scared by the "rape" literally two pages after that, he felt a bit scared and asked to stop but didn't mind if he went a little too overboard.

The second time with the toys even there he was scared and asked to stop but they were both agreeing to try out the toys and in BDSM the two clearly don't know what to do.

Jiwons didnt play by the rules of BDSM, there was no safeword, he didnt try to assure that his partner felt comfortable/safe, he ignored his partners wants to stop and it ended with him balling. The way you view BDSM is warped, thats not how we do it at all.
If someone tells you to stop you stop, what are you even saying here? A physiological reaction is not consent, unless you have established CNC when someone gives you indicated they want to stop you do as they say. The standard of consent doesnt change when its fiction, you can still like the story of course but identifying sexual violence is more important than you'd think. Anybody can share their opinion but they should expect criticism because all our opinions are different. Rape doesnt look a certain way and i think its important you know that just because its sexualised, romanticised, minimised or dismissed doesnt mean its not rape its just horrifically presented. I actually read a chapter before i dropped it, most of them are both victims and perpetrators but i really couldn't handle how graphic it was so i stopped reading. Things like that give me ambiguity on how i should feel about them. Being a bad person doesn't mean you deserve to be raped but you should recieve appropriate concequences. Rape was never the answer but i cant say i dont sympathise with the kidnapper, not that it justifies his actions. As you said it is stockholm and not real love...you just have to see how the story flows.
