In real life, incest is both morally wrong and simply disgusting. Gay or straight, cousin or sibling, you're still engaging in intercourse with blood relatives. This is probably gonna make a lot of people mad but I'm really not a fan of self diagnosing. I think it's good to be self aware and to consider that perhaps you could have certain mental/medical issues, but I think using it as an excuse for your behavior when you haven't been diagnosed is kind of...
