There are multiple ways to do so, examples would be using tights, lingerie tape, or using a spandex material underwear, and an item called a cami leotard on top.
For the latter, it works by pushing your junk up, so that it won't hurt as much (sounds weird I know, but it's physically possible I promise). Basically you push everything (testicles & all) back up inside of your 'sockets' (it's the place where your ovaries would be if you were AFAB) hold it down, then pull your underwear up, then you can let go and ta-dah~~
By using lingerie tape, how it works is that you cut a strip of it at whatever size you need (you'll need 3 of them), take the tape and go on one end of your tuck (the very side of it) and you'll fold your testicles (not the shaft, only the ball-sack).
Pull all of it back and tape it with your first strip. Then repeat for the other pair (in a criss-cross fashion). At this point your shaft should be the only thing left hanging, so you then take your last piece of strip you cut, and pull the shaft back on top of the previous two.
