maybe its just the beginning but scenes kinda drag on for too long? like when his friends are asking him if something happened when he was shaken up from seeing luke.also the dialogue is a bit awkward but it could be the translation

what he needed all along was the ability to trust people he thinks peoples well wishes to him are empty because he feels they would never wish well for him because he didn't grow up with parents who sincerely love him ,them letting him and his brother go and that directly impacted his emotional connection to people.
