Why can't characters ever just beat the shit out of someone? For once I'd like a character to have a back bone and just deck the abuser in the face or a good ol' throat punch. It's like authors romanticize abuse and trauma and just make it worse for the character. This arc needs to wrap it up.

Idky the head family can threaten him like lord mugo wouldn't just kill them off. Obviously mugo likes him and that's why he hasn't killed him.
