sb on twitter points out that the place they are at looks the same as the one Megumi is in OP1. In the OP, Megumi seems like he was looking for sth, and in the latest chapter, he is finding Yuuji. damn foreshadow. coincidence? I think not. Σ( ̄□ ̄||)

He didn’t get the vasectomy for a promiscuous lifestyle but because he didn’t want children. He tried to hold back from explaining every little detail because it felt pathetic.
"This oppa doesn’t need kids."
"Uh… why?"
Goyo tilted her head, not understanding Jaeheon’s words.
"You want to have my child?"
"Mm?"
"Ah, that’s kind of a problem."
Kwon Jaeheon had a half-brother. He was inherently gentle and didn’t fit in with the dark world their father lived in.
Even a paper cut would make him fuss dramatically, and just hearing someone died would make him tremble. But, so easily, he was stabbed to death. It was the act of those holding a grudge against Kwon Mooyoung.
Any normal father would have been devastated by the death of his child. But Kwon Mooyoung was not a normal father. Standing before his cold child’s corpse, he only ground his teeth and said that even a lion cub, if weak, becomes prey for hyenas.
Seeing Kwon Mooyoung not shed a single tear for his son made Jaeheon’s blood run cold. And he was annoyed at himself for feeling indifferent about his brother’s death.
He felt disgusted realizing he resembled Kwon Mooyoung—the man he hated so much.
"What’s the point of having a child that looks like me?"
Jaeheon didn’t want a child that resembled him. More precisely, he was determined to end Kwon Mooyoung’s bloodline—one without blood or tears—with himself.
But then…
Wait. Isn’t it fine as long as the child doesn’t look like me?
Jaeheon grabbed Goyo’s chin with his fingers and lifted her face toward him.
"Hmm. Let’s see…"
He scrutinized her face—up, down, and to the sides.
As her head kept being turned, Goyo furrowed her brows and repeatedly told him to stop, apparently dizzy.
Flushed cheeks, unfocused pupils, slurred speech. There wasn’t a single thing that wasn’t cute.
"If it looks like you, it’d be adorable."
Unlike his father, he hadn’t done anything to earn someone’s grudge… well, not really, but if he lived a good life from now on, it’d be fine.
With that thought, Jaeheon seemed to make a major decision and spoke firmly.
"Goyo, I don’t do anything halfway. Think carefully before you answer. A vasectomy isn’t cut—it can be undone."
It looked undignified to make such a big decision while squatting on the street, but once the knife is drawn, you have to cut the radish.
"Undoing this means unsealing it. You understand what I’m saying? If I undo it, you’ll have to have at least five. Got it?"
"Fiiive?"
Goyo swayed and held out both her hands. Then she spread all ten fingers and waved them innocently.
She had no idea about Jaeheon’s ulterior motives. She was just mimicking his finger waving because he did it.
"Ten? Isn’t that kind of hard?"
"You, is it haaard?"
"Not me, you!"
Jaeheon rejected it strongly like he’d heard something outrageous.
How dare you question my stamina. Goyo, if you want five or even ten, I can do it, no problem.
"U-uh, yeah, you, hard."
Whether she knew he was flaring up or not, Goyo giggled.
"Yeah, hard, it’s hard. I’ve never done this before."
He realized for the first time that soothing and coaxing a drunk woman was the hardest thing in the world.
How did KJ Finance’s Kwon Jaeheon end up like this? A man who lived for coolness, now squatting on the street, doing what exactly?
"I didn’t know playing with a kid would be this tough."
Even so, seeing Goyo smiling brightly at him made him think she was adorable—it must be serious.
As he let out heavy sighs, Jaeheon also began thinking seriously about how to make five kids.
I’m older, so maybe we should have them back-to-back? But then it might be too hard on Goyo’s body.
What’s so great about kids. Goyo shouldn’t have to suffer. Maybe just three?
Ha, but how would this fragile body handle giving birth. Jaeheon looked over Goyo’s body, lost in thought.
"Should we take herbal medicine together or something?"
Where did Dad get his herbal medicine again? What foods are good for stamina?
“Dog stew is the best!”
Suddenly, Kwon Mooyoung’s sly words came to mind, and he felt nauseated.
Dogs are for raising, not eating.
Ugh, even if it’s good for stamina, you shouldn’t just eat anything. Do I even need health food? Wouldn’t it work just doing it as we are?
"What the hell am I even doing right now?"
A wave of self-awareness crashed down on him.
Jaeheon never imagined he’d be thinking about something like this. He chuckled bitterly and pressed his temples hard.
Like a madman chuckling, Jaeheon cupped Goyo’s face and met her gaze.
"Baby, you need to sign a contract with me."
"Contract?"
"You have to think carefully and decide seriously. It’s a lifetime contract. It doesn’t end unless one of us dies. Do you understand?"
"Y-yeah."
Whether she understood or was just saying it because she was drunk, Jaeheon interpreted it as a yes anyway.
"Goyo, will you live with me? For life, until death!"
"Yeah."
"Good. Then do you agree to having daughters too?"
This part he had to be clear about. If Goyo didn’t want kids, he wouldn’t force it.
No way I’d end up with a son that looks like me, and Goyo turning into a son-obsessed mom, right? That’d be the worst.
"Daughters?"
"Yeah, three of them, easy to remember. Got it?"
"Yeah."
Looking into Jaeheon’s eyes as he held her face, Goyo nodded.
To the fully drunk Goyo, Jaeheon’s voice sounded like beautiful music. Like a flowing melody, she kept nodding her head to the rhythm of his voice.
Jaeheon pulled Goyo’s hand over, hooked his pinky with hers, and pressed their thumbs together. Goyo felt like they were playing house and couldn’t stop giggling.
Whatever her state, in the end, Jaeheon had made a contract with Goyo.
"You can’t back out now, Goyo-ya."
A deeply satisfied smile spread across Jaeheon’s lips.
"A verbal contract is still a contract. And for your reference, the guys who joked around with me all ended up at the bottom of the ocean. But I’ll be generous with you and just keep you confined at home. Got it?"
He stared her down, demanding an answer. But completely wasted, Goyo just giggled and swayed, unaware she had just signed a terribly one-sided contract.
Jaeheon was extremely pleased with the contract he’d just made. From Goyo’s perspective, it was a sneak attack contract, but Jaeheon was merely following his father’s teaching: do whatever it takes to get what you want.
"The old man will be thrilled. He kept nagging about grandkids, and now he’ll get to see pretty granddaughters."
Even if she forgot everything once she sobered up, he wouldn’t let her off. A true adult has to take responsibility for what they say.
I’ll gladly take full responsibility for what I’ve promised.
Baby, from now on, let’s try our hardest—together.
So he decided to undone his vasectomy? Because so far as I read this he still has it. Right ? When will this conversation take place ?
I believe this is directly from the novel, and soon he will be getting it undone.
Damn the novel is better...
