I actually used to have really bad social anxiety, especially at school. I would never talk in school( bcs of that I had bad grades) and I had really few friends (they approached me first). When my teachers picked me to talk I would tremble and my heart would beat really fast. Now I have almost overcome my social anxiety. It was not easy to do but ......
