I read a story that's tagged "strong female lead"
The story does NOT contain a strong female lead. Just a ditzy, weak idiot who didn't even consider that the princess of a beheaded queen would have been targeted for a curse on purpose. Also, literally everyone has informed her that the monastery is a fast track to assassination. She's afraid of assassination. So what does she do? Beg to go to the monastery lol so she can beg a pope who let other royals die on his watch. Didn't even consider escaping to the country where her brother is. Just groveling instead of fighting back. Waiting for a rescuer while refusing all suitable rescuers. A moron truly.
So I'm the only person who thinks the plot pacing, dialogue and character motives are terrible? Great concept, garbage execution
You're not , the plot is so bad, the motive so bad , they not take action again tani something and they all interested on romance... suddenly he killed the king easily like the palace is his own home... What's about that curse they made ? What is about the fact that everyone knows that tani something is the bad guy but everyone just wait and let him do whatever he wants... what is about that northern powerful duke who aware that tani something is responsible of everything but not doing anything... seriously the plot is so bad... It's a great deception because it has potential
Tristan is CLEAR husband material for one reason imo. He immediately sensed the snake ass nature in the current king who I'm certain is pretending to be weak and helpless while happily letting his deranged ass mother be the villain on his behalf. The Queen Dowager did heavy lifting to make him king and relegate the legitimate heir to a cursed puppet. His sis con vibes are so damn obvious that the Queen dowager is trying to make him marry so he stops trying to fuck his sister. I wouldn't be surprised if we find out he was behind the curse so she wouldn't be able to say no once he finally tries to sleep with her.
Yess and im pretty sûre he is the master mind behind the sigma
