Notice the fact that compared to other stories where the ML is focused on and actually shows the parts where they’re doing political moves- the author decides not to do that and instead just show the FL’s events only. They want the story to be focused on the FL. Why do you think he hasn’t been interested in what the women do? Because he’s busy with his own duties as king by keeping the empire running.

I've lived in Korea for a bit and learned that they don't really care about children, children actually have it the worse they'll be more concerned if u have parents or not.
