They're the kind of couple that will have banters with their nonsense and grow old together. Sure yeah the plot looks simple, but like Seonu said, other than being corny, Beom just know the right words for him, and treats him so well. For someone who had to sell his body to make a living, Beom is def the kind of partner that Seonu need. Beom wasn't just corny. He truly loves Seonu with all his being, accepted him as he is, defended and protected Seonu's past and respected Seonu's wishes.
Tell me when's the last time we get this kind of plot in omegaverse. Simple but so satisfying.

Another comedic misunderstanding no wonder he was so damn triggered when he remembers lol

Ok I won't spoil much but basically after he remembers he was in constant battle between hating her and loving her like he did now. When remembered, his memories about her lost a bit and he thought she's lying to him all the time (he pretends like he doesn't remember). For the most part he was very mad and triggered that he was lied to. His personality was kind of violent and volatile.

I mean....Kind of a bit complicated. It's not about him being abusive or not. It's more of him being kind of forceful compared to how gentle he was when doesn't remember, to Lee Yeon. But Lee Yeon was not suffering or anything (except on the last bit of that arc). She was just taken aback by how different he was since she doesn't feel the same warmth anymore.

I know the brother has that weird relationship going on with that teddy bear guy (also weird), but was kind of relief that to learn in the story that his brother actually tried to take him out from a possibly toxic environment. It's nice to read about a brother who actually cares in a sort of toxic yaoi manhwa.
Anyway of course yada yada we had that red flag moments with him. Normal with this kind of plot. I was actually thinking that the way he loves someone so fiercely and was so loyal. Like he would fight the whole world for it. Just like how he loved his mom eventhough she betrayed his love until the end. Kind of interesting that the father is like almost absent except for the wealth lol

I feel like people here don't understand for someone broken inside and very expressive it wasn't an easy job for him to do as what the doctor says. The whole point of the arc tying him to MC is not for punishment but I guess it is there for him to take the chance to move on from his past, which includes making peace with his past and be a better person. This time it isn't just for himself but also for the people that he have hurted because of his past and broken self.
They're both broken in some way or another. What they both need to do to be at a better place is to embrace each other as a whole. Evidently, Saein has been doing that. I honestly wish it was this simple red flag green flag kind of situation. But knowing how it's pointless for him to act like he's ok because Saein can literally feel his energy despite whatever emotion he's displaying, internally and externally he has to be at a good place. I sympathize with him but also curious as to how he's going to make this happen. I mean this story is kind of twisted. Author should take full use of this arc to turn this story from a plain toxic storyline to something beyond that.

Hence why I said this arc could be a turning point to not make it like some basic yaoi toxic relationship?
You can either take it on surface level or take the situation with certain kind of depth. Up to you. I definitely can understand where the author is coming from when they both were made tied to each other emotionally. In real life, before taking care of someone you need to take care of your emotion first. The sick cannot care for someone else when they themselves need help or else the vicious cycle will continue. In current situation he cannot even let him go. He doesn't have other choice but to work on himself asap or he will be dragging the MC together with him. It's painful but it's refreshing to see author manage to outline that, people will have to survive and change for the better no matter what. You just need to find the correct motivation/reason for it.
So I apologize if I offended you or any other peope who cannot understand this the way I did. We can agree to disagree whether the story is badly written or not. Only time will tell.

thats just not how it works, you cant fix a story with a single good arc (assuming its even good) when the foundation is a poorly written mess, everything in a story builds on itself.
you want to bring in real life? in real life any relationship dynamic even similar to this would not have a happy ending, it just the yaoi brainrot. in real life, red flags never turn into green flags.
and there is nothing deep about common sense of the sick needing to focus on themselves first.
this is just an absurd omega verse story for me that i check up on every time i see it trending because its so ridiculous to me.
but hey i dont meant to offended you ether, im just very perplexed at your explanation.
Judging by how Geumryang is starting to be so protective and more considerate towards of him, it's probably not just because of babies anymore. Idk why this dude has a tight lipped. He barelt said anything and just quietly observing Taesun from the side. Taesun is so cool honestly. Very responsible, mature and calm. Can't wait to see him actually fall in love with Geumryang.
