I assume the idea is she is so 'out of it' and into madness so she just propositions the man in front of her, but she's come with the prince so why not ask him after the banquet rather than risking the prince being 'pissed' at her/ the Duke? It's not like she is certain sleeping with someone is going to free her, so why add more risk to her already screwed up life?

Because she’s so out of it that she doesn’t care which target it is anymore she’ll just take whichever one is infront of her now
