I skipped over the middle chapters to see if their relationship got better in the latest ones. But actually it gets worse.
The entire time, I was praying in my heart that this doesn't develop into some sort of NTR thing with Eunyool and Choi. The story markets itself as something more serious, and I don't think I could keep reading if the uki starts cheating on the ML.

It's annoying because of how the story presents it without consequences (so far), if it was balls to the walls kinky it would be a bit more understandable. The story tries so hard to make it seem there's logic in the plot when there isn't, and no logic isn't necessarily a bad thing, it's when it's conveyed so badly that it becomes annoying.
An evil character makes us want to read more about them and their story, an annoying character makes us not want to read about them.

And now 2 years later, turns into this unsocialiable and crude personality. Honestly, Yun Fei feels like he's adopted the nanny's personality out of complete resentment. Mr. Nanny here feels so happy and proud that Yun Fei dropped his personal freedom and choices and went down the business path as he intended.
This sort of love is sour and bitter. The kid and his family are already rich. But Yun Fei's entire life is literally being groomed by the nanny for a business path the father didn't see as necessary.
This isn't really love, it's obsession and manipulation by one person. And the end result is that the kid has ended up with the same resentments as the nanny. Just look at Yun Fei face at the first mention of the "old friends" for the future birthday party. What friends? Is this an insult and mental abuse? All his closest friends are gone thanks to Mr. Nanny here, he actively rejects making friends his age, and he spends his free time making connections with people many times his age. Yun Fei is becoming a bitter person with no life, and Mr. Nanny here is smiling like a proud parent. It's stifling.
Also for all the peeps complaining about the immersion breaking stuff about his age, this is an isekai.
The dude is 40 year old doctor in a 16 year old's body. Also, in their world 16 years is considered an adult, and is not uncommon for medieval fantasy settings based on our own human history. Further its consensual and the MC is literally a 40 year old man, not some clueless literal minor being groomed.
