The uke feels so.....unlikable. I get that he was taken advantaged off, but his intercations with other people just come across as childish. It is simply unprofessional behavior to talk to a co-worker like that. You reserve that sort of discourse for the written performance review, not to dress someone down like that and thereby bring down team morale and trust.
The other teammates, except for the youngest, are hella stupid. Your main vocalist just left the company because the CEO caught him about to start a bar fight at a club, potentially derailing the debut.
The CEO and the Board stick someone who can sing, but not dance, as an emergency replacement. That guy also happens to have worked with the CEO for 7 years and clearly has the CEO's support. Instead of engaging in teamwork, the two older members instead try to drive him from the group. Does nobody see the obvious stupidity?
