I seriously ship them and hope for them to end up together, but unfortunately I doubt Neji kissed him with 'Love'... I feel like that was a desperate kiss. Neji's been having a hard time recently in the manga-- being pushed away from Misaki, confused feelings for Ririna and now losing his only best friend.
I think he only pushed himself to kiss Nisaka to desperately, at least, keep someone by his side and not be alone.
It breaks my heart, because I think Nisaka deserves happiness, but also Nejima to settle down with how he truly feels for anyone.
ugh this new chapter made me cry so much.. just knowing that neji and nisaka won’t end up together makes me so sad.
