I hate that it ended so soon, but honestly probably one of the best I’ve read. The murder mystery, the angst, the art, and the character development was all done so well! Dex is such a likeable MC my only complaint was that I wish it was longer (╥﹏╥)
if you haven't read the series it's based, i 100% recommend ! the manhwa only follows the first book so it does seem like it ended too soon but the ending of the series is quite satisfying <3

I read up to 180 in three days. I feel like there are so many different arcs going on at the same time and there’s SO MANY questions I have that still aren’t answered: Who is the foreign god? Will Horus tell Seth about Nephthys? Will Isis see Osiris for the villain he is? Will Hathor marry Horus? Will Anubis get his memories back? Will Horus still love Seth if he becomes a god? Will Horus become a god?? ahhhhhhh the slow burn is slow burning but I’m obsessed (╯°Д °)╯╧╧ GIVE ME MORE!!

Honestly, I’m just sharing my opinion on one frame, not saying the author shouldn’t draw expressive faces? I get that some people liked it and found it funny, but I just didn’t. I think it’s okay for people to have different reactions to art without jumping to conclusions about other’s values or preferences. And I don’t speak English as a first language (╥﹏╥) so you don’t need to analyze my wordings so deeply.
The plot is so interesting to me, and the characters are interesting too, but they’re all kind of scummy and I think that’s the point? The MC is a pervert who takes his anger out on everyone, the brother is immature and impulsive, and the love interest is manipulative and is blackmailing the MC?? Low key the characters keep pissing me off, but i’m too invested in the plot to drop it now.
This is what makes it so good. No one is a good person but shades of grey. I thought the author did a great job of writing characters you could root for while still being scarred individuals.
I’m all caught up now, and I agree. They each have their own flaws and I feel like they’re all very dynamic personalities and I feel like it suits the story. I can’t wait to read the rest of the story ε=ε=(ノ≧∇≦)ノ
