and with normal couple... not those "fantasy/animal/demon" type... oTL
for example.. a cute couple with a normal plot (like totally captivated or u dont know me?) and then they have babies...

seems your out of luck. mpreg only work with fantasy element. when someone in the couple is a supernatural entity, it justs makes the conception between males more logical. most authors dont want to take a scientific route to explain it without some fantasy aspect.
ie. Animal x - something scientific happens to make guy partially female so that he can mate with people that turn into dinos
Love pistols (?) - people have animal souls and male couples are norm. i do believe there also are pills or lotions (scientific stuff) that create artificial womb in le butt
so basically
too much science with no fantasy --> could get boring
science + fantasy/supernatural --> pretty good
fantasy/ supernatural --> mpreg is ALWAYS allowed

I think mpreg in manga tends to happen more in doushinjis and those with no fantasy element tend to be a/b/o aka omegaverse
it have so many fluffy family/couple moments, even though uknow time isn't placed everywhere.. lol.. but they have it at the perfect places making the manga even more romantic&sweet! heheheh super recommend!! xD i love the baby girl~ she's so smart.. also the one who got her daddy and yoshi together...by getting sick... hehehe
