I think the author of this manga doesn’t know what bullimic means? It means that you always see yourself fat and binge eat then throw it up. Not just keep eating even if you’re full.
sometimes it's not about being fat or trying to lose weight but I agree the author doesn't know what bulimia is. It sounds like he has binge eating disorder which is more common in men too
