No... Paul is her teammate that doing mission together and when she saw Paul and Daniela getting in danger and she choose to save Danieal and not her teammate Paul. Rebecca shoot the man that trying to kill Daniela and but she didn't shoot the man that try to kill Paul so Paul get hit by that man and he almost die but Daniela save. So she freak out that she didn't save her teammate that she should help but rather she save Daniela and she feel guilty.
