It was anti-climatic. I think it was supposed to be to tamper Hinata's expectations and to build up something for his development. Either way, the Little Giant is so uwu.

That’s the whole point. It’s supposed to be underwhelming, to make you realize that the Little Giant might’ve been a great player in high school, but life did its own thing and now he’s just some random dude who used to play volleyball.
This means that Hinata will be ready to move on from worshipping him and become an even greater player than his idol in all aspects, not only technique, but also passion for the game.

The fight was getting intense then it jumps? The voice user got his arm cut off? When did that happen? Who won the fight? Why is everyone being sentenced to death? I feel like I missed something?
If you re-read about three chapters ago, Suguru flew after releasing a bunch of curses, so that is when the fight ended. Inumaki (the voice user) mostly lost his arm when Sukuna went bersek and destroyed a huge part of the area. Cuz if you remember Inumaki was at the top with a megaphone trying to control the curses who were attacking the people trapped in the area.

you’re not missing anything. for 1 , inumaki’s arms got cut off by sukuna during sukuna’s battle. 2 , nobody has “won” the fight yet. people are sentenced to death because they broke jujutsu tech laws. gojou killed many people , itadori did the same (even though it was sukuna). gojou’s teacher is also sentenced to death due to the fact he knew that geto was a bad person and did not dispose of the body nor did gojou so they all tipped the tables in curses favor.
