i get u... usually id just read some action stuff on here but dunno what u prefer! maybe watch some Rebel D, Coryxkenshin, vlog creations, on youtube? maybe walk outside and listen to some music! eat something you enjoy or take a nice nap with your fan on. go write on some paper about what you feel. I write down stuff 2 years ago cause I was super stressed out and I go now and read it and usually calm myself from it. maybe do some exercise to get tired. take a relaxing bath. listen to some ASMR!!! go style yourself into some fun clothes. go call a friend or text a friend. yeah thats all i got B)
I recommend watching an anime or reading something that can either make u laugh or give u some good feels. Let me know if u want any recommendations :3 hope everything will be ok
