Purity or not we cant assume that Guwon doesn't have love for the teach, but it was rather quick how fast the teacher loved him in the first place. Guwon does say things that could mean something else, and his weird hand placements around teach could be a way showing affection too, though it is too fast to say that Guwon even loves him he definitely likes him though. He could also just be doing this so teach doesn't feel bad.
Plus they don't have medicine in the town so him throwing up can be related to either a sickness or his body ITS TOO FAST TO TELL (╯°Д °)╯╧╧

Guwon can be easily manipulated, Jinwoo wanted medicine. It was against the town rules, and after some reluctance Guwon gave in and still allow Jinwoo to use it, in the previous chapter, while Guwon was taking care of "sick" Jinwoo he stated that not even he can use the medicine. This is huge because while Jinwoo is making a hypothetical about the dangers of this man, he could be making bigger moves, like using his power to get what he wants.
