Doha is the most forgivable problematic seme. Like, yes. He’s certainly unhinged. But at the same time, my guy finds out that he’s basically not real and just a part of a video game, and instead of completely losing his shit over it he’s kind of just like ‘cool so none of this is real’ and starts doing whatever the fuck he wants but still helps Bada. Kinda makes sense why he’s so focused on having sex with Bada too. Like, what’s he got to gain from winning the game? Better make the most of it while he can.
As much as I love Sadahiro Mika’s chaotic plots, I’ve always felt this author probably hates women. This story is a perfect example of that. I love obsessive switch couples, but that’s still the underlining sentiment.
Hard agree, I've read their other works and I've yet to find a single example of positive female representation... Women are treated violently, as disposable objects or "distractions" And it doesn't even advance the plot Like why??
Listen. This is so ridiculous, that it’s great. The author clearly was going for wild. Those who apply actual logic to it are missing the point. Don’t take it, or yourself, so seriously. It’s a fun read.
