I don't really understand the hate for mc. She is obeying the law and waiting until he's legal, also, 5 years isn't really a big gap. He's also hinted at liking her to and also seemed to appreciate her sincerity.
Five years old is not that big of an age gap when both of them are adults. I am twenty and I don't feel attracted to fifteen y.o. because they are still pretty much kids even if some of them look older.
I do not really like nor dislike her, but he's a kid(￣∇￣")
