Don't think we can call any of them a stable couple just yet. All I see is that they did a threesome at ch.23 (the last Raws chapter). Can't tell if there's true love. It seems to me they just go with the flow (Can't understand RAWS). Also it seems that there's another guy involved with MC. So everything is still very vague to me ╮(￣▽￣)╭ If you got your doubt I recommend you to wait before start reading. And besides this is from Lezhin. So 99% chance it would end up being dropped before we get to see the end anyway.

There aren't really any romantic feelings the way i see the story till ch.23 if that's what you're asking, it's mostly just about sex & the MC's back story with his fucked up ex-boyfriend so far. It's an interesting story tbh, there are 23 translated chapters on Lezhin so far.
