I'm I blind?? Cause im not getting the vibe the Derek has romantic feelings for Penelope. To me it seem like he reminds him of how he lost Yvonne because they look so similar so he push Penelope away because of it. Where all yall getting that he has feelings for her?? Is it in the novel or did I miss something??

When the demon whatever inside yvonne shows itself, she laughs at derrick for not realising that he has been in love with penny, also mocks him to have such feelings coz she is still his adopted sister and having such desire for her is disgusting.
