I’m trying to find this isekai manga where the mc goes to an otome game as a villainess and is trying to avoid the bad ending in case the heroine likes her bias. The heroine is also reincarnated and likes someone else. There’s also other villainesses that were reincarnated and on the path of their biases. All the villianesses and the heroine are helping each other avoid a bad ending and get with their biases but they’re all really shy and akward around them.

This isn’t it , but it’s very similar . The mc in this is a mob character though , not a villainess . You may enjoy it as well though
