Aw I liked the story very much, I thought it was cute, but I can totally see where the critics are coming from. When Michiru just started showing up with a bunch of tattoos right after self-harming I was like "(⊙…⊙ ) okay....."
I thought the author focused on them as a couple, and forgot that couples are made of individuals that need development and unique personalities to beyond them as a couple.
Hopefully their next work will be better....... but translator prob won't be too eager to pick that up lol
I really didn't enjoy much their story, which is a shame. The art is great, the plot is touching, the uke is nice... but I just don't think he cares much for the seme - althought he himself believes so. I kept hoping the seme would just work his feelings out and leave. I am happy the uke got over his trauma, but he should look for someone he truly loves, instead of claiming he loves someone beucase he is loved by them.
I don't know, it just felt like there was a huge mismatch in the depth of their feelings which made me sorry for the seme.
Still, I understand why people enjoyed the manga. I just wished I could too ╥﹏╥
Try and read this after a few months or years and reevaluate it. Sometimes the second time is the charm.

Yeah I got ur point but I think the delivery is the problem. Its the storytelling thats off which is such a huge waste.
Kinda rushed at the end, the misunderstanding came out of nowhere, but it's a beautiful story overall. The way they both understood and helped each other to overcome their fear was so nice. I specially loved how, unlike most mangas, Sal didn't have to choose between his legacy/family and his foreigner lover - he manages to maintain both. Loved it, so refreshing.

Maybe it's a private college that wears uniform u know those academies that have all the education levels from preschool to university
It's rare, but yeah there are some colleges/universities that require uniforms.
I can't remember if this was in South Korea, but some of their college's do wear uniforms to combat temperature, sexual harassment, and traditional sexual discrimination. Just things you pick up with time lol.

I thought the reasoning to the misunderstanding would be dumber, but it actually isn't that bad. To someone insecure, the reason why their partner is always horny and then suddenly isn't can be seen as "oh I suck at it, and they found someone who doesn't suck!". Add that to the fact they are both boys and you get the "oh of course a girl feels better to him". It's still dumb lol but makes more sense than a lot of so called "real life" misunderstandings we get in other mangas (￣∇￣")
