So I read this manhwa/webtoon which was kinda eurocentric setting where it was like a kingdom that has shunned wizards or people with powers and these people have gemstone in the back of their neck that gives them powers and to escape from being hunting they have to literally operate the stone from their body to live among ordinary people(there is also a black market where these stones are sold for high price as ) from what I can remember mc lives with her commoner mother and one day she is being taken to the palace and there she is asked to live there as they say she is of royal blood , ( something could have happened for her to be at palace but I don't remember) and it revealed later that her and the crown prince were switched at birth because they happened to be born at the same day and so she is the rightful heir to throne while the crown prince is actually a wizard cause his father used to be in a sort of refugee camp for wizards and witches where MC's mother had volunteered and so he also has a gemstone on his neck but it wasn't visible as skin grew on top of it
There were more things like opening an academy of sorts to help newer wizards to reclaim their power and how to properly use them and that's how the crown prince found out he had powers too

Does anyone got links for omniscient readers viewpoint novel I feel like reading the novel would be better than webtoon and upcoming adaptation to understand the world building and system

All I know is this is some angsty or psychological manga where the leads meet each other when they were kids at a bus or train which had an accident and the kids survived and they meet later as adults
I remember this scene specially where when they both met as kids and adults ml like made they hand camera thing and called mc beautiful

I kept this manga on my list but I somehow lost it , it was a maga where an aristocratic lady was supposed to marry the crown prince and be and empress but something happened last minute and now she has to marry some Duke who used to be a general and lives a very frugal life and doesn't exactly know how to treat his wife at the same time since his wife was brought up with every luxury has no idea how to live in a farm it had less than 20 episodes that time and I was waiting for it to have more episodes now I don't know where it is plzz help me find it

I need some manga recommendations with artstyle like of manga the horizon i would appreciate if it's seinen genre but like black and white and really detailed drawing

I mean smtg with the theme like hope in hopeless world or smtg wholesome in the literally dangerous setting possible with or without angst in it
