I honestly don't get being mad at the MC bc he's the one in a tight spot

He's genuinely acting like such a bad person, I'd be just as stressed and stuck as the mc
I'd be wanting to run away with my kid too, so idk why he's acting all justified in his actions when he's really not helping at all

Ian/Do Yoon is the one with all these mixed messages and coercive behavior

I genuinely hope they don't end up together bc he's put the mc through so much stress over a series of unfortunate coincidences.. and his dad isn't helping

like, congrats on your sad backstory, I feel bad for ya, but that doesn't mean you can just act like your actions aren't gonna affect mc or like it's weird for him to be upset bc he was forced into your home and I to a "relationship" with you

I honestly think it's wild that he was the one preventing the mc from making connections with other people but then gets surprised that he's reluctant to get involved with him after being hurt in college

Especially when he's basically threatening him into that involvement under the guise of "protecting his son" which he's doing a bad job of lmao

He fr could have just sent Yejun some money or something so he could get Siyeon's medical care and still stay away from his dad if he really wanted to keep him from going through the same things he did

I wanna see more of Nurugai and Shion and their found family dynamic (cause I'm a sucker for found family)

I wanna see Mr. I-love-my-wife live his cottage-core dreams and I wouldn't mind seeing what COULD'VE BEEN a cute, probably funny, partnership between the organ man and gantetsusai running that business with the best of both of their worlds

Seeing Gui Fa be a zoom teacher is also hilarious out of context and the rebirth of everyone would be nice to see, like, I wanna see them get their happy ending dawg

but I love the ending, and I read the side story, I'm just greedy

I CAN'T BELIEVE I HAD TO START MY YEAR OFF WITH A GARGANTUAN CLIFF HANGER LIKE THIS

As someone who actually read everything and understands the story, Jaehyun needs like therapy or something bc clearly, assault and weird levels of obsession run in the family and they both end up straight up r*ping him.

I genuinely thought Junwon was coming around at the end and was gaining at least a little bit of sense, but he didn't save the person he "liked" from his sister and then aided her in assaulting him bc he couldn't wait a few minutes for an answer.

Contrary to how he's set up in the beginning, Jaehyun is the most sane character (aside from Hae-In who genuinely deserved better lol). Jiyeon and him broke up and she doesn't even like him anymore, she just wants to be with him bc she doesn't want her brother to like her ex, and the whole reason she doesn't like him still sounds stupid in my opinion so idk what Hyo-Young was talking about. The only time she thought she actually liked him was while assaulting him with her brother. Hyo-Young herself was essentially turning on her friend over his sister who doesn't like her either, all just to "help" her get with the person her friend likes even though she knows she doesn't really like him either, even stooping to emotional manipulation when Jiyeon is emotionally distraught to try to get with her. Wonwoo literally just has an odd obsession with Jaehyun's exes and becoming closer to him through them, and ALSO assaulted him early on and then basically bragged about it to Junwon (the reason he punched him). So by that point Jae was assaulted by two people he knew and thought that Jiyeon was still fine in the head (he was wrong), only to get full on r*aped later and have the two people who did it act confused as to why he didn't want to speak to him.

Another thing about the punch situation is that it essentially makes Junwon a hypocrite bc he did the same thing to Jaehyun, so ig Wonwoo was right, they are the same.

So really Jaehyun has every right purposefully to not let people know what he's thinking bc everyone he allowed to get a little close to him sexually assaulted him, and Wonwoo didn't even say anything about it afterward.

So I hope after college he gets to heal or something bc he's been through it. I also hope Hae-in runs away too bc she caught every stray possible when she was genuinely trying to be nice to everyone, and doesn't need someone who assaults their friends to be with her just because he "actually likes" someone now (especially since he's planning on trying to drop her in a month or so anyway).

Overall, this was not what I thought it was going to be lmao, if you actually read all of this, thank you.

I know the author will go with J bc he's the love interest and all, but even if Heesung turns out to actually be shady I'm still routing for him lmao

Even their first interactions are more untoxic and breath-of-fresh-air-y than J's, like Dan needs a mental break from all these shenanigans njkhbjj
