I'm pretty sure that rose squad scans has picked up the spinoff anti alpha another.
I don't think there's a need to translate it from Spanish scans (especially when some people are not okay with it)
If you want to read a better version go to manga dex. It's down though.
Is there a shortage of not translated mangas? Why do people swipe projects that have a good quality scanlation team already translating them?

Does anyone know any Chinese scanlation groups that accept requests? Not necessarily accept it but are open to suggestions?

This is a great webtoon and does not deserve to be ruined like this. I'd rather wait for accurate translations.
I'd recommend reporting this chapter and getting it removed.
