The amount hasn't risen, it's just more men and boys are reporting rapes now as society becomes more aware that women can be rapists just as much as men can.

I meant that men on men crime has risen, not the women on men, not a huge a amount but small increases exist, although it could probably the same amount but just that more are speaking up about it. But you're right, it fucked up.
