I think it’s a manhwa.
So it’s the story of a girl and a boy who used to be very good friends. One day the girl visits the boy’s house for something and she barges into the room only to find him masturbating to her picture. She’s flustered and she runs out of the house. But it turns out the whole thing was a misunderstanding.
