Based on the novel and if I remember correctly, Andy already in fwb with the friend before going out with Minjae. And when they're going out, Andy couldn't stop the fwb bc he feels sorry for the friend, he felt like he left him alone, that's why he still slept with the friend. But after Minjae left him, Andy realized his feeling, that he actually like Minjae, and so the stalking happen.

Means this is more abt Kang and Doyeon and not Kang and Yiyoung. Also, this is a separate series/sequel right? So it is obvious that a different character is in the focus. In here there's 3 of them in the cover and Doyeon is one of the mains so his backstory and significant appearance in the story is OBVIOUS.

I aint hating abt the focus being on Doyeon and Dir Kang. HE is included in the cover so Im not hoping that it would just be focused on Yiyoung and Kang.
It's also nice to see how Kang's previous actions bites him in the ass at this present time. Doyeon was one of the first person who trusted him and Steve and he didnt even care when he went off radar when he knows that guy follows them around like a like a puppy. I mean he doesnt have to reciprocate Doyeon's feelings that time, but if he had reached out and not only assumed he's fine he couldve properly turned him down. But then Kang always played "cool" and concentrated much on himself and his image building coz he wanted to have that upper hand at everything. There's nothing wrong being ambitious, but do that to your career not with your personal relations. Anyway, so now he thinks he can play Yiyoung like a fiddle like his past relationships and it is funny to see him losing his shit.
