Just learned about this series after watching the first episode of the anime, and I'm already preemptively claiming the protagonist for the autists. Flat affect? Check. Koisenu Futari is a J-Drama rather than a manga, but it's really REALLY excellent canon Aroace representation and anyone reading this list needs to watch it! Link goes to the trailer, which doesn't have English subs unfortunately, but still shows you a little preview of the show.

It's my list so I can include a song rec if I want, fight me. The Japanese song "Bouningen" (aka "Stick Figure") by RADWIMPS is an incredibly neurodivergent-coded song and gives me a lot of feelings.

While outdated terminology is used, as the title suggests, the FL is autistic, and the protagonist and at least one side character are also neurodivergent. All canonically! I'm still in the middle of reading this but so far it really does a good job showing how different neurodivergent ppl can be, and how trauma can effect us in different ways.
