Where Top was using Bottom and at some point Bottom finds out, runs away/has an accident/loses memories/etc.

Final stop is one bl I just finished and the miscarriage arc goes on for awhile, made me sob for the rest of it, even when the arc "ended", but a part I like about it is that they don't just do the miscarriage arc and then brush off the unborn child, throughout the sidestories they still acknowledge the baby and it has a very cute ending mentioning the unborn baby, but get ready to sob your eyes out(especially if your an emotional person)
