The manga was moved to a quarterly release schedule (meaning unfortunately a new chapter only comes out every 3 months…) because of the artists health and inability to keep up with a weekly schedule. Meaning maybe around November 18th a new chapter will come out?

In the novel after the system announced Edith had met the 3rd condition and author's right is completely lost..don't know if you want to know about that too...
So know lizzie have to live this 13 live for ever till she is old and die..not like last 12 times where she went back to the beginning after the 3rd volume was finished...she have been torturing other transmigrated Ediths...so now there's no more system making everything perfectly work out to her and people agreeing with her to everything and because she doesn't get what she wants anymore,her mask starts to break.
She starts being extravagant,making a huge wedding that even the Duchess tries to dissuade her because it was too different from killian's wedding and people would talk,but she didn't back down.(the duke wasn't pleased with her since she tried to frame Edith in the dungeons,and the Duchess started to distance herself after this)
