Y’all why are you attacking Icarus like this they did take some time to upload the official chapters but so what, here they are with the best quality. I understand that some of you are not patient enough to wait for the official chapters so just be happy that translations were uploaded, you can’t be so mean to Icarus, they are one of the best uploaders here. It’s actually understandable that they don’t like others uploading over them, especially if it’s not official chapters, I don’t really like reading machine translated chapters, I prefer waiting until the officials are dropped so that I can read something of the highest quality. I feel like no one is taking their side on this one when original uploaders usually (or used to?) get all the support. It’s alright if you don’t agree with them but please don’t be mean like this, we all get to read tones on this site thanks to them so you should take this into consideration before writing a hateful comment. Icarus was being an ass when they could've worded their words better. They were the one who started being mean first towards the uploader who posted the machine translated one. The translation wasn't even that bad either. Ofc ppl would sided with the other uploader cause Icarus ghosted this manga form months without saying anything. Like idk maybe tell the readers that they're waiting for the official translation? So that others wouldn't upload before them? It wasn't that deep
usually I side the original uploader, and I've seen other comics that others uploaded over Icarus even when they were uploading regularly and that pissed me off! however, after months of no new uploads, Shi and their team put a lot of hard work into getting it translated and out for us, which was really good quality! what upsets me is that Icarus is posting these "notice" chapters, rather that contacting Shi directly and communicating like adults. I'm sure Shi and their team would understand, but Icarus is being a bully and for some reason, acting like they own these uploads.
another example is, I'm reading this one comic that has two uploaders, person A uploads faster, but person B has the cleaner and better quality uploads. no one complains in the comments, and the uploaders don't argue about the double uploads. double uploaders CAN coexist, it just depends if they want to
