The way the twins' act is something not befitting of a reincarnation story. They're just like normal kids without any past lives and I guess it would be right to omit the part that they have reincarnated cuz it keeps bugging me. Just my opinion.

I think the reincarnation plot is to show that they were twins in their past life and now this life. They also have that ability to talk to eachother using their minds. It's probably just to show how close they are

The siren one with the green hair was the street performer he saved before and gave a place to live in along with her race. The orange-haired girl is the first girl he saved with crystals the at the border bet south and north Korea; he was weak at the time. The violet/blue-haired girl is from China and the one who fought with healer dealer pink-haired girl. So the only one out of the pic is Anusha, the white-haired girl.
