I get it solo leveling is nice amazing and all. But it's kinda annoying how other manga/manhua/manhwa gets dragged down becaase it is getting compared to solo leveling. Like why can't this just be like solo leveling or this is similar to solo leveling but solo is much more greater. I read isekais and fantasy stuff and they are mostly compared to solo leveling (a rant)
So i was just triggered cuz i was peacefully reading this manga (it was a good one) then when i got to the comment section someone was like dragging down the manga and comparing it to solo. And i'm like can't the creators just do their stuff they like about the plot and we enjoy it without bs. Yeh it's ok and it wouldn't hurt to relay opinions and stuff but without comparing it cuz obviously they're both different manhwa/mangas
Aaaand it's not like solo leveling's the only one with a plot like that. It's just that it became famous and others would criticize other mangas with the same plot cuz it's like solo leveling but solo leveling is better. I love solo leveling and all but lets have a peaceful read y'all(〜￣△￣)〜
people forget that the whole rpg/dungeon/isekai/reincarnation trope has been done so many times but each story has their own unique characters and story. the only reason they compare it to solo leveling is because it’s more mainstream than the rest so they think it’s the “original”
