We are experiencing the same problem since November 20. A lot of complains are from globe wifi users so I'm asking if it's still the specific network that is causing trouble. I am a globe wifi user too.
I'm using my SMART data! I've just discovered it now when I read that it was due to Globe. And I was fairly sure it was working when I tried to open the site outside the house a few days ago so I didn't realize.
