Personally it was a little boring. I understand how this could be entertaining to some, but there isn't much plot. The uke decides to marry the guy just because he didn't see why he shouldn't. Also, a lot of sex that's has nothing to do with story. Again understand how someone could like it, but if you want an actually cute mafia story read When The Yakuza Falls Inlove.

Some people haven't been reading yaoi for that long and it really shows. Mpeg is a big thing in the yaoi world. It's almost the whole point of the omegaverse. It's porn people have their kinks. Also please if this bothers you never read M Dorei no Onii-chan Oboku Senyou Nishi Chaimashita or anything remotely similarly. It scarred me it will scar you.
