I genuinely enjoyed this. Why is everyone so mad about an age gap? My own father and mother have about the same age gap. It’s not weird at all. Maybe obviously not when you’re not of legal age, such as below 16, but they where much over that limit. They were so loving towards each other and Asher’s childness balances out with the ML’s maturity and easygoing nature. It’s a give and take on both ends. Asher get’s someone he can rely on and turn to when he needs stability, and the ML can really embrace the prospect of being a little more relaxed and naive. To relive and to grow up. I don’t think 10 years is a big deal. I don’t think 13 years is a big deal. I don’t even think 7 years is considered bad. Asher obviously loved him for who he was and the ML fl in love with him because of it. It was wonderful. I would never discourage someone in real life who is that genuinely in love with someone older. I think genuine love is something everyone deserves, regardless of age. Who cares when you were born? Obviously don’t go after children, legal ages and above. But if it is love then it is love.
