Two things that are refreshing to see in a manhwa..
1. A upfront gay ML who is open about his sexuality. He is not jusy a gay for the moment. He knows he likes boys.
2. An lead that actually is thinking like his age and how he is portrayed in the story.
The simplest elements sometimes just needs a little tweeks to be unique enough

Killian is progressive breaking free from the cage.. and the reason FL is really nice because she knows if she retaliates in a villian way, it would back down bad real quick.. That is why FL is acting almost to a damsel in distress lady to prevent casualties. She knows the world revolved around Lize after all
The real victim of the passive aggressive inner fight inside Yttiri household is Hyllian, herself... She sees the house for how cold it is after staying for a while. It is sad that the story is making her really look bad intentionally because she is the dumb, country girl that walks up to the dukedom when in the 1st place, she never had any plans to take anything. She was brought up to the wrenched house suddenly by the duchess... If the duchess loved her she will immediately do whatever it takes to put her real daughter into her own household.. Maybe that is what you get for being just a good swordswoman... A woman with only brute physique not brains...
Also, you can totally see why Rohan/Lohan likes the fl so much... They are much alike in attitude just with different circumstances.. Both calculative and manipulative
