9th grade? i know these stories dont tend to be grounded in reality anw but that was a bit much, no? like i had a brief hockey phase and the few players that i knew all started hockey when they were in pre-school or primary school. in fact most pro athletes start early... sure it's for plot's sake but i feel like the author could have made things more believable to people who actually know a thing or two about this sport. i guess they dont care that much because most fans care more about the romance aspect than the sport aspect. oh well

i did some math lol, in korea c131 was released on Feb 5 and c132 was released in April 25. so that was 2 months and 20 days. since c131 Eng ver was released on March 19, i am hoping c132 Eng ver will be released on June 9, which should be soon!

the author is such a good egg. like they have a great head above their shoulders, with ample of empathy and love, and you can see and feel it in the dialogues. this story gives out very nice life advices and some philosophical stuffs for you to ponder about, without being too dark or losing its touch of humor. one of the best works out there atm tbh.

we need to unite all titles under author "Janome" and "Jyanome" into one because it's the same person T_T
anw i think with the way this whole series has been set up, Janome could expand this universe a lot should they want to. like sending the characters to college, and then work afterwards, throwing in some classic Janome's soft sadness and pain of growing up (check out their other works to know more)... i hope all of us will be able to follow the journey of our 6 main characters for a long time!

i think the author is still a bit green with their plot/writing, but there is potential and their art skills are great so i think their work in the future should be sth to look forward to.

i hunted down the raw ver just to see if there's hanja/hanzi/chinese charater of Muheun's name in c34 and hell yeah there it was. Mu-heun = 霧昕, in which 霧=wù=mist/fog and 昕=xīn=early morning/dawn. if yall havent noticed, the story's name is literally "무흔의 밤", "Muheun's Night"

also according to the raw chap 47 was posted in March 28, 2 weeks after c46. AND AFTER THAT THE AUTHOR TOOK A LONG BREAK DUE TO HEALTH REASON. chap 48 korean ver is expected to be released on May 31.

Reading all of them at once and you can see the progress of the author's writing. You know how sometimes authors would churn out sequels just because they can/due to publisher's pressure and you can tell the quality decreases overtime? But some authors, like Janome, manages to make the sequels even better than before, I think because they truly grow along with their work. It's an amazing thing to observe and see as a reader tbh!

Also I love Rei and Jin's frienship so much (and how they both end up with fiery boyfriends that can rile them up haha)! One great thing about this whole series is that Janome makes sure to portray the beauty of love AND friendships! All main characters have their lovers ok, but they also have friends that love, understand and treasure them. It's awesome.

sugura is such an interesting character with mega DUALITY. like his gloomy self at work vs his flamboyant self when he goes out is night and day (quite literally haha). and he's a switch! he can top AND bottom! lowkey wanna see more of him.

anw back to our main couple, what can i say, this is another great work from Janome! tugging just a right amount on our heartstring, a not too light not too heavy read. and gorg art as usual.

love the overthinking tsundere black cat top x carefree happy go lucky golden retriever bottom dynamic they have here. also the top thinking it's terrible to touch someone when they're asleep and not go thru with it? am i dreaming? lol this author is the GOAT. also i love the pacing of this story, it goes just right, doesnt feel too rush or too dragged out at all. cant wait for the second volume!

this is cute af (so far)? defo doesnt warranty a 8.7 rating so yeah even tho i rarely do it i just have to give this a 5 stars to balance thing out a bit. it's what this story deserves (so far) lol

i checked the raws and there was an ~8 month break between ss1 and ss2. it's almost ~8 months since the end of ss2 now... has anyone heard anything about ss3 yet? i checked out the artist twt and they haven't had any updates since oct of last year! ugh the suspense is kinda driving me insane i would just like to know what's gonna happen next? will a confrontation happen or will hanjoon just quitely leave (say, for enlistment...)??? if someone had read the novel pls let me knowwww
