This requires way too much suspension of disbelief

I mean I have no idea how this works but I think that, yeah he probably has two phones, a personal one and a "business" one which he can use abroad, people who are important to him (family, close friends) are available on both. Then again, let's remember Yiyoung isn't really a part of his personal life (yet ;)), that's why his number isn't on both phones.

I personally know people who can't use their principal phone when away and who have an emergency one, with the very important people only too hmm.
