I think it would be really cool but the amount of work and the rising cost of flowers make it a low payout job. The hours are horrible considering that you have to wake up early to go to the flower markets and your main source of income is from holidays. Also rent is hella expensive so it would be good to split the rent with a local bakery. Flowers are perishable products and its almost impossible to predict the market. Sorry if I took it more seriously than you intended. (￣∇￣")

Flower trucks would be a good idea. Set up stand in a busy area and invest in a good flower display. Although, the selection of flowers would be small, its an easy way to gain money to open up a shop.
