If anyone's surprised by this development, they haven't been reading this author's stuff. She's a highly predictable author and her characters are emotional carbon copies of each other.
Not gonna lie though, I dig it. But I'm also a glutton for punishment and I thrive on the character's emotional turmoil/torment.
I'm excited for the next chapter for sure.
So, who wants to bet he's going to be auctioned off at the end? I do think this does have some interesting discourse but you have to dig DEEP for it. The train is a euphemism for society's hierarchy(poor, middle class, wealthy, and the 1%)and he's a poor kid who got roped into prostitution. The manipulation, drugs, and training all point to something more sinister. I'm interested to see where this goes.
I hate when ML's just show up out of nowhere. Like, doesn't this bish work? Aren't you busy? Why do you have to be such a creep?
Lol. right?!! I'mma assume it was the weekend. Like the day they went to visit grampa was like maybe a Friday or a Saturday. He took his kid out to play while leaving YeJun by himself.
But how does he know where YeJun was?!? Is there a tracking device in his cell phone?!?
