the first one doesn't really hurt cuz you don't know what to expect (the second one hurts). Although personally i found the the first month of heal after was more painful than the actual piercing themselves.
You touch them after when it's not fully healed, it'll hurt so much you see god.
tldr: you should get one one they're sick af
depends on your pain tolerance (speaking from experience) but the pain is incredibly subjective
TT-TT it's the healing part I'm scared of. i got my third ear piercing done during monsoon season and it didn't hurt and was okay for the first two weeks but then somehow it got infected during the 3rd week . how do you deal with the nipple piercing while it's still in the healing period . ... yes I have considered it before many times I'll probably get it done after I finish college tho
saline water morning and night (my piercers recommendation) and DON'T FUCKING TOUCH IT until it's like 70% healed. Alao don't go swimming in pool chlorine water- that's like begging for an infection.
but if you're the kind of person who gets infected easily or heals slowly you'd want to ask a professional for care tips. they may not recommend this piercing for you
